Review again when:
- The PNG Recommendation or errata changes
- Gudiee changes accepted files, upload limits, production methods, product taxonomy, or validation behavior
- A cited manufacturer or software workflow changes
- Testing reveals a repeatable result that contradicts current guidance
- A reviewer reports a technical, safety, accessibility, or clarity issue
- The scheduled review date is reached
