Checklists
Checklists reduce missed requirements but should be adapted to the selected product and method. Use them as verification gates rather than as a substitute for technical judgment.
Creator export checklist
- Correct product template, size, orientation, and placement
- Sufficient pixel dimensions at final production size
- Intentional background and transparency
- Approved color profile and visible color reference when needed
- Spelling, personalization, safe area, and bleed checked
- Guides and nonprinting content excluded
- Export reopened and inspected
- Editable source retained separately
Maker intake checklist
- Correct order, PNG revision, product, variant, and quantity
- File opens and matches the approved preview
- Dimensions, resolution, transparency, and color handling are acceptable
- Required companion files and instructions are present
- Machine, material, fixture, and preset are validated
- Proof requirement is resolved before production
Final inspection checklist
- Artwork, personalization, placement, and orientation are correct
- Color, detail, edges, cure, adhesion, and finish are acceptable
- Product is undamaged, clean, and safe to handle
- Quantity and variants match the order
- Packaging and required care information are complete
