Production Questions
Production suitability depends on the complete product and maker workflow, not on the PNG extension alone.
What resolution should a production PNG use?
Use the effective resolution required by the selected maker, method, and product at final output size. There is no single correct PPI value for every workflow.
Do I always need 300 PPI?
No. Some products and methods may request 300 pixels per inch, while others use a different target. Confirm the requirement and calculate using actual pixel dimensions.
Should the artwork be mirrored?
Mirror only when the selected transfer or production workflow requires it. Apply mirroring once at the controlled stage and verify text and orientation in the production preview.
Does a PNG include bleed and safe areas?
PNG has no special bleed or safe-area fields. The creator builds required bleed into the canvas and keeps important content inside template-defined safe boundaries.
Can the same PNG be used on several products?
Sometimes, but each product must be checked for aspect ratio, dimensions, printable area, placement, material, and method. Separate product-specific exports are often safer.
Does Gudiee automatically make the production file compatible?
No. Gudiee can narrow compatible methods and provide references, but creators and makers remain responsible for validating the uploaded file and complete production setup.
