Efficiency Recommendations
Efficiency comes from reducing avoidable decisions and rework, not from skipping validation. Standardize repeatable steps while preserving a deliberate check for every order-specific value.
Improve efficiency by:
- Using approved product templates with named print, bleed, and safe areas
- Saving export presets for known PNG requirements
- Using consistent filenames and revision numbers
- Automating technical preflight checks where practical
- Saving validated production presets by machine, material, and product
- Grouping compatible jobs only when doing so does not create order-matching risk
- Checking the first output before completing a batch
- Recording corrections so the same failure is not repeated
Do not automate approval of personalization, product selection, artwork revision, or safety-critical settings without an appropriate verification step.
