Release the order only when:

• The finished product matches the ordered configuration
• The artwork is correctly placed and fully visible where required
• There are no unacceptable production or material defects
• The surface is clean and the item is safe to handle
• Required care, assembly, or safety information is present
• The result is documented when proof of completion is required

Remove or address:

• Lint, dust, residue, loose fibers, film, backing, or masking
• Temporary registration or alignment materials
• Sharp remnants, loose hardware, or unsafe edges
• Production waste according to material and equipment guidance
• Customer or order information left on shared equipment or temporary files

Choose packaging that:

• Prevents abrasion, bending, moisture exposure, crushing, and movement
• Keeps printed or coated surfaces from sticking to other materials
• Supports fragile parts, corners, handles, and attached hardware
• Includes care instructions or protective interleaving when needed
• Uses the correct order label without exposing unnecessary customer information
• Meets carrier and product-specific shipping requirements

For physical goods:

• Protect from excessive heat, moisture, sunlight, dust, pressure, and abrasion
• Separate surfaces that may transfer, scratch, or stick
• Label orders clearly and rotate time-sensitive inventory

For digital production records:

• Retain the approved PNG revision and associated order reference
• Record validated settings, material, machine, and production date when needed
• Restrict production-file access to authorized work
• Follow Gudiee retention and deletion requirements after fulfillment
