Overview
Vinyl cutting spans hobby Cricut/Silhouette setups to roll-fed commercial plotters. Adhesive vinyl (Oracal 651, etc.) becomes decals and stickers; HTV (Siser EasyWeed, etc.) is heat-pressed onto textiles.
Makers need vector paths—SVG, AI, or EPS—with outlined fonts and minimum line weights. For apparel, designs are mirrored before cutting HTV.
