1. Introduction

Gudiee LLC ("Gudiee," "we," "us," or "our") operates a distributed marketplace connecting Buyers, Creators, Makers, and Suppliers.

Because products purchased through Gudiee may be produced by independent Makers located in different areas, shipping processes may vary depending on:

  • Product type.
  • Maker location.
  • Production requirements.
  • Buyer location.
  • Available delivery options.

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping is handled for orders placed through Gudiee.

This Policy supplements:

  • Gudiee Terms of Service.
  • Refund & Replacement Policy.
  • Creator Agreement.
  • Maker Agreement.
  • Supplier Agreement.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated separately from product pricing.

Shipping charges may include:

  • Carrier transportation costs.
  • Packaging costs.
  • Shipping service fees.
  • Marketplace shipping coordination fees.

Shipping charges are paid by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

Creator royalties are calculated only from eligible product sales and do not include shipping charges.

3. Gudiee Shipping Management

Gudiee may manage shipping through:

  • Providing shipping labels.
  • Coordinating carrier services.
  • Managing tracking information.
  • Supporting shipping-related issues.

When Gudiee provides a shipping label:

  • The Buyer pays the shipping amount displayed at checkout.
  • Gudiee purchases the shipping label.
  • Actual carrier costs are deducted from collected shipping funds.
  • Remaining shipping amounts are handled according to Gudiee marketplace policies.

4. Shipping Cost Difference

Shipping costs may vary based on:

  • Package dimensions.
  • Package weight.
  • Destination.
  • Carrier rates.
  • Shipping method selected.

If the actual shipping cost differs from the estimated shipping charge:

Gudiee may:

  • Absorb the difference.
  • Apply marketplace shipping adjustments.
  • Update shipping calculations.

Gudiee may modify shipping calculations to improve accuracy.

5. Production Time vs Shipping Time

Buyers should understand that production and shipping are separate stages.

Estimated delivery time includes:

  • Production time.
  • Processing time.
  • Shipping transit time.

Production time depends on the Maker responsible for creating the product.

Shipping time depends on:

  • Carrier service.
  • Destination.
  • External transportation conditions.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Maker Shipping Responsibilities

Makers are responsible for:

  • Completing production before the committed deadline.
  • Packaging products appropriately.
  • Preparing products for shipment.
  • Providing accurate fulfillment updates.
  • Following Gudiee shipping requirements.

Makers may not:

  • Ship unfinished products.
  • Use incorrect shipping information.
  • Delay shipments without reasonable cause.

7. Packaging Requirements

Makers must package products in a manner appropriate for:

  • Product type.
  • Material sensitivity.
  • Shipping conditions.

Packaging should:

  • Protect products from damage.
  • Prevent contamination.
  • Include required order information.
  • Meet carrier requirements.

Poor packaging that causes product damage may result in Maker responsibility.

8. Tracking Information

When applicable, Buyers may receive tracking information through Gudiee.

Tracking may include:

  • Carrier information.
  • Shipment status.
  • Estimated delivery information.

Tracking availability depends on:

  • Shipping method.
  • Carrier service.
  • Delivery option.

9. Local Delivery

Gudiee may support local delivery options where available.

Local delivery may be completed by:

  • Qualified Makers.
  • Approved delivery partners.

Makers offering local delivery must:

  • Enable the service on their account.
  • Meet required performance standards.
  • Complete delivery within the committed timeframe.

Local delivery availability depends on:

  • Location.
  • Maker participation.
  • Product requirements.

10. Same-Day Delivery

Gudiee may offer same-day delivery options for eligible products and locations.

Same-day delivery may require:

  • Maker availability.
  • Product availability.
  • Production capability.
  • Local delivery eligibility.

Makers who offer same-day delivery must:

  • Enable same-day delivery availability.
  • Complete production within the required timeframe.
  • Personally complete delivery or use an approved delivery method.
  • Maintain required performance standards.

Same-day delivery availability is not guaranteed for all products or locations.

11. Buyer Shipping Information Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

This includes:

  • Correct name.
  • Complete delivery address.
  • Apartment, unit, or suite information.
  • Contact information when required.

Gudiee and marketplace participants are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by inaccurate Buyer-provided information.

Additional shipping charges caused by incorrect information may be the responsibility of the Buyer.

12. Carrier Delays

Shipping timelines may be affected by circumstances outside Gudiee's control, including:

  • Weather events.
  • Carrier delays.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Holidays.
  • Address issues.
  • Customs processing.
  • Other external events.

Gudiee will work to assist with shipping issues but does not guarantee carrier delivery timelines.

13. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If a shipment is lost, damaged, or missing, Buyers should contact Gudiee with:

  • Order information.
  • Tracking details.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos or documentation when applicable.

Gudiee may review:

  • Carrier tracking.
  • Delivery confirmation.
  • Shipping records.
  • Packaging information.
  • Order details.

Resolution may include:

  • Replacement production.
  • Refund consideration.
  • Carrier claim assistance.
  • Other appropriate remedies.

14. International Shipping

Gudiee may support international shipping where available.

International orders may be affected by:

  • Customs requirements.
  • Import regulations.
  • Duties and fees.
  • International carrier timelines.

Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements.

Additional fees charged by customs authorities may be the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

15. Multiple Products and Multiple Makers

Because Gudiee uses a distributed production network, a single order may involve:

  • Multiple Makers.
  • Multiple production locations.
  • Multiple shipments.

Gudiee may:

  • Split shipments.
  • Charge shipping based on production requirements.
  • Provide separate tracking information.

Shipping methods and delivery timing may vary between items in the same order.

16. Shipping and Creator Royalties

Shipping charges are separate from product revenue.

Creators do not receive royalties from:

  • Shipping charges.
  • Carrier fees.
  • Delivery fees.

Creator royalties are calculated only from the product sale amount defined within Gudiee's marketplace system.

17. Shipping and Maker Compensation

Maker compensation is determined separately from shipping charges.

Shipping payments are not considered Maker production compensation unless specifically stated for a service such as:

  • Local delivery.
  • Same-day delivery.
  • Other approved delivery services.

Makers may receive additional compensation for eligible delivery services.

18. Shipping Fraud Prevention

Gudiee may review shipping activity to prevent:

  • Fraudulent claims.
  • False delivery reports.
  • Abuse of replacement processes.
  • Manipulation of shipping systems.

Gudiee may restrict accounts involved in shipping-related abuse.

19. Changes to This Policy

Gudiee may update this Shipping Policy to:

  • Improve Buyer experience.
