1. Introduction
This Maker Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions that apply to users who participate as Makers on the Gudiee marketplace.
This Agreement is between:
- Gudiee LLC ("Gudiee," "we," "us," or "our")
- and
- The Maker ("Maker," "you," or "your")
- By registering as a Maker, completing verification, accepting production requests, or manufacturing products through Gudiee, you agree to this Agreement.
This Agreement supplements:
- Gudiee Terms of Service.
- Gudiee Privacy Policy.
- Applicable Marketplace Policies.
If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement controls only regarding Maker-specific responsibilities.
2. Maker Role
Makers are independent production participants who manufacture physical products through Gudiee using their own:
- Equipment.
- Workspace.
- Skills.
- Production methods.
- Materials or approved materials.
Makers may produce products using methods including, but not limited to:
- 3D printing.
- Apparel decoration.
- Sublimation.
- Embroidery.
- Laser cutting.
- CNC production.
- Other approved manufacturing methods.
Makers are responsible for completing accepted production requests according to Gudiee requirements.
3. Independent Maker Relationship
Makers participate on Gudiee as independent businesses or individuals.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- Employment.
- Partnership.
- Joint venture.
- Agency relationship.
Makers:
- Control their own production operations.
- Provide their own equipment.
- Determine their available capacity.
- Manage their own workspace.
- Remain responsible for their own taxes and business obligations.
Gudiee provides marketplace coordination, order routing, payment processing, and platform services.
4. Maker Account Requirements
To participate as a Maker, you must:
- Create a Gudiee account.
- Provide accurate business and profile information.
- Complete required verification.
- Provide production capability information.
- Provide portfolio examples.
- Provide payment information.
- Provide tax information when required.
Makers must maintain accurate information regarding:
- Production methods.
- Equipment capabilities.
- Capacity.
- Lead times.
- Service availability.
5. Maker Verification
Gudiee may require verification before granting Maker access.
Verification may include:
Business Profile
Including:
- Studio name.
- General location.
- Description of capabilities.
Production Capabilities
Including:
- Manufacturing methods.
- Equipment.
- Materials supported.
- Product categories.
Portfolio Verification
Makers may be required to provide examples of previous work, including:
- Completed products.
- Equipment images.
- Production examples.
Performance Verification
Gudiee may evaluate:
- Production quality.
- Reliability.
- Completion history.
- Marketplace performance.
Verification requirements may change as Gudiee evolves.
6. Maker Profile Visibility
Makers may have public marketplace profiles.
Buyer-facing information may include:
- Maker Studio Name.
- General city and state location.
- Gudiee verification status.
- Production specialties.
- Average production time.
- Quality rating.
Gudiee does not publicly display:
- Exact residential addresses.
- Private contact information.
- Sensitive business information.
Creators may have additional access to Maker portfolio history related to production performance.
7. Production Order Routing
Gudiee may route production requests based on marketplace factors, including:
- Manufacturing capability.
- Product compatibility.
- Quality rating.
- Production speed.
- Location.
- Capacity.
- Acceptance speed.
- Response speed.
- On-time completion rate.
- Production accuracy.
- Defect and complaint history.
Routing decisions are determined by Gudiee systems and marketplace requirements.
Participation as a Maker does not guarantee receiving orders.
