Community Guidelines

Establishes the standards of conduct expected from Buyers, Creators, Makers, and Suppliers using Gudiee.

1. Introduction

Gudiee LLC ("Gudiee," "we," "us," or "our") is designed to connect Creators, Makers, Suppliers, and Buyers through a collaborative marketplace built around digital designs, local production, and physical products.

A successful marketplace depends on trust, transparency, and respectful interactions.

These Community Guidelines establish expectations for behavior on the Gudiee platform.

These Guidelines apply to all users, including:

  • Buyers.
  • Creators.
  • Makers.
  • Suppliers.

These Guidelines supplement:

  • Gudiee Terms of Service.
  • Privacy Policy.
  • Creator Agreement.
  • Maker Agreement.
  • Supplier Agreement.
  • Marketplace Policies.

2. Respectful Communication

Users must communicate professionally and respectfully with other marketplace participants.

Users may not engage in:

  • Harassment.
  • Threats.
  • Personal attacks.
  • Intimidation.
  • Abusive communication.
  • Discriminatory behavior.

Communication should remain focused on:

  • Orders.
  • Products.
  • Production.
  • Marketplace participation.
  • Legitimate business matters.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators contribute original designs and creative concepts to the Gudiee marketplace.

Creators are expected to:

  • Submit original work.
  • Provide accurate product information.
  • Ensure designs are manufacturable.
  • Communicate clearly with Makers when needed.
  • Respect Maker production processes.

Creators may not:

  • Upload AI-generated designs.
  • Submit designs they do not own.
  • Misrepresent authorship.
  • Provide unusable production files intentionally.
  • Abuse Creator-Maker collaboration tools.

4. Maker Responsibilities

Makers are responsible for producing products according to marketplace expectations.

Makers are expected to:

  • Accept orders they can complete.
  • Communicate production issues promptly.
  • Maintain quality standards.
  • Treat Creator designs confidentially.
  • Respect Buyer expectations.

Makers may not:

  • Misuse Creator designs.
  • Avoid Gudiee transactions.
  • Misrepresent production capabilities.
  • Provide intentionally poor-quality work.
  • Ignore accepted production commitments.

5. Supplier Responsibilities

Suppliers support the production ecosystem by providing materials and resources.

Suppliers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate product information.
  • Maintain material quality.
  • Communicate availability accurately.
  • Support Maker production needs.

Suppliers may not:

  • Misrepresent materials.
  • Provide counterfeit products.
  • Manipulate marketplace information.
  • Circumvent Gudiee transactions.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate order information.
  • Review product descriptions before purchase.
  • Communicate respectfully.
  • Provide honest feedback.
  • Follow marketplace procedures.

Buyers may not:

  • Submit fraudulent claims.
  • Abuse refund systems.
  • Threaten marketplace participants.
  • Manipulate reviews.
  • Misuse support systems.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews help maintain marketplace trust.

Only Buyers who:

  • Completed a purchase.
  • Received the product.

may submit product reviews.

Reviews should be:

  • Honest.
  • Relevant.
  • Based on actual experiences.

Users may not:

  • Submit fake reviews.
  • Exchange compensation for positive reviews.
  • Threaten negative reviews to obtain benefits.
  • Manipulate ratings.

Gudiee may remove reviews that violate these Guidelines.

8. Marketplace Integrity

Users must participate honestly.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Fake transactions.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Manipulating marketplace rankings.
  • Creating false accounts.
  • Circumventing fees.
  • Moving transactions outside Gudiee to avoid platform processes.

9. Protecting Intellectual Property

Users must respect ownership rights.

Users may not:

  • Copy Creator designs.
  • Share private production files.
  • Use marketplace content without permission.
  • Claim another person's work as their own.

Creators retain ownership of their designs.

Makers receive only limited authorization necessary to complete approved production.

10. Protecting Privacy

Users should respect the privacy of other participants.

Users may not:

  • Share private contact information without permission.
  • Publish private business information.
  • Misuse marketplace data.
  • Attempt to identify private locations.

Gudiee may limit visibility of certain information to protect user privacy.

11. Collaboration Between Marketplace Participants

Gudiee encourages collaboration between Creators, Makers, Suppliers, and Buyers.

Participants should:

  • Communicate clearly.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Respect each participant's role.
  • Work toward successful order completion.

Creators, Makers, and Suppliers should recognize that each role contributes differently to the production process.

No participant may use their position to unfairly disadvantage another participant.

12. Handling Disagreements

Disagreements may occur during marketplace participation.

Users should attempt to resolve issues through:

  • Professional communication.
  • Gudiee support procedures.
  • Documented marketplace processes.

Users should not:

  • Escalate disagreements through harassment.
  • Publicly attack other participants.
  • Threaten retaliation.
  • Attempt to damage another participant's reputation.

13. Messaging Guidelines

Gudiee messaging tools should be used for legitimate marketplace purposes.

Appropriate uses include:

  • Order communication.
  • Production clarification.
  • Material questions.
  • Product questions.
  • Support requests.

Users may not use messaging to:

  • Send spam.
  • Promote unrelated services.
  • Request transactions outside Gudiee.
  • Send harmful or abusive content.
  • Share unauthorized files or information.

14. Account Authenticity

Users must maintain accurate account information.

Users may not:

  • Create fraudulent accounts.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Misrepresent their role or capabilities.
  • Use accounts to bypass restrictions.

Each account holder is responsible for activity conducted through their account.

15. Business Conduct

Gudiee participants are expected to operate professionally.

Examples of acceptable conduct include:

  • Meeting commitments.
  • Providing accurate information.
  • Responding within reasonable timeframes.
  • Maintaining quality standards.

Examples of unacceptable conduct include:

  • Intentionally delaying orders.
  • Misrepresenting production capabilities.
  • Providing false information.
  • Attempting to exploit marketplace systems.

16. Safety and Responsibility

Users must consider safety throughout the marketplace process.

This includes:

  • Safe product design.
  • Safe manufacturing practices.
  • Accurate material information.
  • Responsible product descriptions.

Participants must report known safety concerns to Gudiee.

17. Reporting Violations

Users may report concerns involving:

  • Policy violations.
  • Fraud.
  • Intellectual property concerns.
  • Safety issues.
  • Harassment.
  • Marketplace abuse.

Reports should include:

  • Description of the concern.
  • Relevant order or listing information.
  • Supporting evidence when available.

Gudiee may review reports and take appropriate action.

18. Enforcement Actions

Gudiee may take action when users violate these Community Guidelines.

Actions may include:

  • Warnings.
  • Content removal.
  • Listing removal.
  • Feature restrictions.
  • Role suspension.
  • Account suspension.
  • Account termination.

Actions may depend on:

  • Severity of conduct.
  • User history.
  • Impact on marketplace trust.
  • Cooperation during review.

19. Appeals

Users may appeal enforcement actions.

Appeals should include:

  • Explanation of the situation.
  • Relevant information.
  • Any corrective actions taken.

Gudiee may review appeals and determine whether enforcement actions should be:

  • Maintained.
  • Modified.
  • Removed.

20. Changes to These Guidelines

Gudiee may update these Community Guidelines to:

  • Improve marketplace trust.
  • Address new forms of misuse.
  • Reflect platform changes.
  • Improve participant experience.

Material changes may be communicated through reasonable methods.

The updated version will include a revised effective date.

21. Governing Law

These Community Guidelines are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
